This is a Spanish migration program tailored for non-EU entrepreneurs who are looking to launch an innovative business with significant economic potential in Spain.

Spain Entrepreneur Visa

You have two pathways:

  1. Start-up Visa: If you're outside of Spain and need to come here to make the necessary preparations to start your business.

  2. Residence Permit: If you're already in Spain and ready to establish your business.

The Spanish system evaluates each case individually. Hence, submitting detailed business plans is crucial to determine if the proposed activity holds special economic significance for Spain.

Our Services
Schengen Area Access
Once you obtain residency, you can freely travel throughout the European Union without needing additional documentation.

No capital requirement
There are no specific minimum capital requirements or job creation quotas.

Your Family can join you
You can easily apply together with your family members and relocate to Spain as long as you meet the necessary criteria.

Long term
As of 2023, initial residency cards under the Entrepreneur's Visa is now valid for 3 years.

Remote
There’s no requirement to be physically present in Spain during the application process; you can designate a representative to manage it on your behalf.
