In September 2024, Montessori Community School, a nursery school based in London, sought our assistance in processing an extension of a Skilled Worker Visa application (Skilled Worker Visa Further Leave to Remain) for one of their employees. The employee’s visa’s expiry date 31 October 2024, having started on 18 October 2021.

Chronology of Events:
- Montessori Community School instructed us to assist with their employee’s Skilled Worker Visa application.
- We guided the school in assigning a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) via the Sponsor Management System (SMS), ensuring compliance with the Home Office’s salary requirements and job classification rules.
- We liaised with the employer to confirm the applicant’s qualifications and eligibility, successfully assigning the CoS.
- We advised the applicant on the visa application process and recommended using the UK Immigration ID Check app.
- We prepared and submitted the visa application after the applicant’s confirmation via their UK immigration account.

- The visa was granted in less than 24 hours, and we received the decision email confirming the approval.
