Richard Naylor

Partner

Richard founded Queensbury in 2015 and has led its growth from a small strategic consultancy to a multidisciplinary group spanning strategy, legal, property, interiors and infrastructure. A business growth strategist and mentor, he works with founders, owners and international entrepreneurs on growth plans, investment into the UK, market entry and scaling their businesses.

Richard specialises in business growth strategy, global entrepreneurship and global mobility, and has supported and mentored many of the 500+ businesses Queensbury has worked with. He is also an experienced Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, with a background that includes working with PwC and leading professional services practices and law firms. Before founding Queensbury, Richard spent six years in the Cayman Islands with an international law firm.

Wendy Rance

Partner

Wendy is a Partner and leads Queensbury’s project management practice, taking complex projects from first brief to successful handover for public and private sector clients. An accomplished consultant project manager, she brings tight control of programme, budget, risk and quality, and the leadership to keep clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers working as one team.

Wendy joined Queensbury in 2021 as Senior Project Manager and became a Partner in 2024. She has more than two decades of delivery experience across retail, hospitality and the public sector, including multi-site rollouts and franchise operations as Construction Manager at Starbucks, project management for Esquires Coffee and project leadership for the Metropolitan Police. A Director of Queensbury Construction Group Ltd, she works closely with the strategy and legal teams so that every project is commercially sound, contractually clear and delivered on time and on budget.

Pav Benning

Partner & Head of Legal Services

Pav is a senior commercial lawyer and leads QCL Associates LLP, the Group’s SRA-regulated legal practice, where she is also Compliance Officer for Legal Practice. She advises founders, SMEs and established businesses on the legal side of starting, running and growing a company: corporate structuring, shareholder and partnership arrangements, commercial contracts, employment and HR matters, and setting up UK companies and branches.

With more than 16 years in practice, including running her own legal department and training teams of lawyers, Pav takes a practical, business-first approach. She works closely with Queensbury’s strategy, property and project teams so that legal advice supports the commercial plan, and she continues to lead the firm’s business immigration work for employers and investors.

Vinny McKay

Partner

Vinny is a Partner and the Construction Director of Queensbury Construction Group, which he joined in 2025. Based in London, he leads the delivery of the Group’s construction, fit-out and interiors projects through Interiors 360, from planning and site management through to handover.

Drew McLean

Partner

Drew is a Partner in Queensbury Construction Group, based in London. He works with clients on interiors, fit-out and construction projects, helping them move from commercial agreement to programme, delivery and handover with one accountable team.

Nafisa Julia

Solicitor

Nafisa is an SRA-regulated solicitor at QCL Associates LLP, the Group’s legal practice. She advises businesses on the commercial agreements that underpin how they trade and grow, including service, supply and technology contracts, confidentiality and partnership agreements, and franchising and licensing arrangements.

Working alongside Pav Benning, Nafisa also supports clients on commercial property and lease matters, employment and HR issues, and contract terms for interiors, fit-out and construction projects. She handles UK business and private client immigration too, so clients have one legal contact who understands their wider commercial plans.

Jia Guo

Business Development & Immigration Consultant

Jia is an immigration specialist with more than 15 years’ experience in UK immigration, and joined Queensbury in 2022. Jia works with entrepreneurs and founders on business immigration routes, including the Innovator Founder visa, alongside developing new business for the Group.

Before Queensbury, Jia spent over ten years as an Immigration Consultant at ASTONS in London, following earlier roles at Xchanging and UK Visa Services. Jia holds an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff, a business degree from the University of Sunderland, and studied at BPP Law School.

Jenny Nash

Practice Manager & Project Coordinator

Jenny brings a strong background in office management and client support. Before joining Queensbury she was Office Manager at Totally Converged Solutions, an independent business communications consultancy in Milton Keynes, where she supported clients through consultation, helped review their communication needs and kept the business running smoothly day to day.

At Queensbury, Jenny manages the practice and coordinates projects, keeping client matters, schedules, documents and project administration organised across the Group. She was educated at Paignton College in Devon and is based in Milton Keynes.

Karina Roberts

Operations Manager

Karina oversees day-to-day operations across the Group, keeping projects, people and processes running smoothly so clients receive a joined-up service.
