Richard heads up our Legal and Strategy department and, as a former CEO, COO and CFO, Richard advised clients on a wide range of business solutions including strategy, planning, structuring, operations, franchising, accounting, tax, global mobility, cross border expansion and charities. Richard also heads up the Queensbury business incubator, guiding clients through concept, planning and growth.

Sarah leads the Project arm of the business, delivering projects and programmes of all sizes and complexity, across both the public and private sector. She specialises in high volume programme roll outs, project controls and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Recently, Sarah’s focus has been supporting clients to reach their net zero carbon objectives across their real estate portfolio.

Pav advises on a comprehensive range of UK immigration, nationality and human rights matters. Her diverse client base includes high net worth individuals, professionals, businesses and family offices. Pav regularly works with international clients and advisers from multiple jurisdictions including, Spain, UAE, China and Baghdad. Pav has vast expertise in navigating, interpreting and applying UK immigration laws to clients’ needs and circumstances in a clear and practical manner.

Maan’s vast business experience and industry connections has earned him a seat on the board for some of the leading international companies as an expert advisor. At Queensbury, Maan’s main focus is on national and international business growth as well as business development and strategy specialist in supply chain management.

Wendy manages our project department and directly supports Sarah and is available to answer any of your questions relating to project management, and mentor you through any ongoing projects and plans.

Nur is a registered lawyer in both the UK and Turkey, and supports both our legal services and our strategy group.

Jia is specialise with 20 years liaising with Chinese corporates and individuals investing in the UK.  She has a learned understanding of our Chinese clientele’s needs, and is familiar with immigration investment strategy, constrains, and decision making processes. Jia understands how to navigate the nuances between Chinese and Western culture in the way of thinking, communicating and working to effectively operate within the different business environments.

Nafisa Julia is a Paralegal in the Immigration team. After completed her Law with Spanish degree (LLB) with honours, Nafisa was awarded a scholarship to complete her Masters in International Law and Global Justice. Nafisa immerses herself in a variety of practical aspects of Immigration law, and assist on a wide variety of complex cases. Fluent in Spanish, Nafisa works closes with our office in Spain.

Julia is our dedicated Head of Education and Media at Queensbury. With a strong background in education, she brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Julia is a qualified teacher, and her credentials include accreditation by the prestigious British Council as both an agent and counsellor. She is on hand to answer any questions or queries.

Lisa is our office manager and client liaison. She is a point of contact for meetings to be arranged, amended or cancelled and she can help you to find the right person to speak to regarding your queries. She ensures the relationships with our clients are built and maintained.

Ellen supports clients with their company secretarial,  accounting, tax, payroll and operational support. She is on hand to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the correct processes.

Ahmed is works in our Dubai office as a Legal Consultant and can assist with immigration and business solutions within Dubai.

Daniel Naylor, founder of sports businesses and experienced football player, started DN Football Coach at 17. He offers coaching services and creates content for international companies. Daniel is completing his UEFA B license, holds coaching and personal training qualifications, and a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Science. He joins Queensbury's sports consultancy practice.

Claire is an experienced Graphic Designer. She is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Software. Claire recognises the importance of creating intelligent and memorable designs that strengthen brand positioning through effective print and digital communication.
